This site is operated by Peak Software (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2020/848211/07), trading as nogsoftware, of 77 Mango Road, Allen Grove, Gauteng, 1619, South Africa. We are the responsible party for the personal information described here, as that term is used in the Protection of Personal Information Act.

• If you book a call. The booking runs on cal.com. You give them your name, email address and whatever you write in the notes; we see the booking. We also attach the answers you gave on our questionnaire and, if you arrived from an advert, which advert it was — so we know what the call is about before it starts.
• If you email us. We keep the email, the same way anyone keeps email.
• Where you arrived from. If a link brought you here with campaign tags on it, your browser holds those tags for the length of the visit and attaches them to a booking if you make one. This is stored in your own browser, is not a cookie, is not shared, and disappears when you close the tab.

We do not ask for identity numbers, addresses or payment details on this site, and there is nowhere to enter them.

To answer you, to run a call you asked for, and — where measurement is switched on — to know which adverts are worth paying for. Nothing here is sold, and nothing is used to advertise to you on our behalf beyond what is described below.

There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site. No Meta pixel, no Google Analytics, nothing that follows you elsewhere. If that changes, this page changes with it — the section is generated from the site's own configuration rather than written by hand.

Two services necessarily see a request in order to answer it: cal.com, which handles bookings, and Google Firebase Hosting, which serves these pages.

Bookings and emails: for as long as we are talking, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our records or the law requires. Campaign tags in your browser: until you close the tab.

Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us using it. Email admin@nogsoftware.com and we will action it. There is no charge and you do not need a reason.

If we handle it badly you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) — inforegulator.org.za.

If what the site does changes, this page changes in the same update. It is generated from the site's configuration, so it cannot quietly fall out of date.
